Meet our panelists:
- Anja Brierley Lange is a senior yoga teacher, and teacher trainer as well as an ayurvedic practitioner (BSc, PGDip). Anja will show us how to manage anxiety and stress using some simple but powerful techniques that we can incorporate into our daily lives.
- Kate Freemantle is a qualified herbalist and acupuncturist ( MSc Chinese Herbal Medicine, BSC Acupuncture, RCM Dermatology, MBACC, RCHIM). Kate will address managing stress from an integrated TCM perspective - including a simple technique on how we can course correct from stress when we feel overwhelmed, and the launch of the 8 weeks to reducing stress and anxiety program which incorporates all her extensive studies over the last 17 years.
- Rebecca Lazarou is a medicnal plant scientist and holistic practioner (BSC Biomedical Science, Masters in medicinal natural products and phytochemistry and Diploma in hypnotherapy ). Ever wondered what Adaptogens are? is CBD really effective? Rebecca will demystify the world of herbal medicine and talk about the potency of some of these herbs in bringing about calm.
