We are a community wellness platform with a passion for distilling knowledge around holistic health and wellness.
Why?
We believe in the power of lifestyle changes and alternative approaches to wellness to prevent and potentially heal diseases of our time. We are often not aware of different evidence-based healing methods, and in our busy modern lives, we overlook the healing power of breath, of stillness of the mind, of the earth, of sunlight, of plants and botanicals. We may not aware of the many "health hacks" and technological advances that help us optimise our health such as earthing, light therapy and so on, where science helps enhance/replicate what nature's base. We hope that through our discussions around many of these topics, we can be the conduit to spreading knowledge that can directly help you live a healthier lifestyle.

We do this mainly through the curation of free online events and discussions featuring experts covering varied integrated aspects of mind & body health.
